Is FRAI a TMS replacement?

No. FRAI works with your existing systems, including your TMS and ERP. It automates the manual work around them (quoting, email-to-ops, documents, planning and compliance) rather than replacing core record systems. There is no rip and replace.

What does "one shipment, one live reference" mean?

Every email, document, rate, asset assignment and milestone for a movement is tied to the same live, current reference. Teams stop re-keying between systems and automation can be trusted because there is no drift between the inbox, documents and your TMS.
